Once your order is placed and payment has processed, your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 4-7 business days. Your order may be shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS. If you have any questions about an order you have placed please fill out the contact information below.
Shipping Charges are $4.95 for any order $60 or less & 8% of your total order on orders $60 or more.
We hope you absolutely love your Calista purchase. But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase...here is how you an submit a return.
Please know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL if purchased as an "ON SALE / CLEARANCE ITEM". If you have any questions regarding your purchase and or to obtain if it is returnable please email us at email@example.com.
ONLINE ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED TO A CALISTA STORE FRONT.
1) Email us at support@ firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # & let us know you would like to initiate a return. Please indicate if you would like a refund, exchange or store credit.
Our customer support team will get back to you to confirm we received your request.
2) Then mail your item back to our warehouse to the address below with a note in the box stating your name and order number. We highly recommend using a service that offers tracking, so you get full visibility of the whereabouts of your package. We will not be liable for lost return packages.

3) Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will issue you a refund via the same payment method (or store credit/exchange) within 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email notification when your refund, store credit, or exchange is processed. Refund amount will be for the cost of the product only, shipping fees will not be refunded.
*PLEASE REMEMBER....ALL items for return must have no visible damage or alterations & Free of any and all visible stains.
